RESERVE TICKETS FOR 14 DAYS
Hold an allocation for 14 days to give you time
Due to high demand for festival tickets, we give choir leaders the opportunity to reserve tickets for up to 14 days, giving them time to finalise numbers collect monies prior to booking. Tickets will automatically be released should the booking not be completed. Only one reservation can be made per choir at one event. Extensions are not permitted due to demand.
Tickets are held in our system. They are not allocated and therefore during the 14 day period; there is no booking made. The allocation is simply held. Choir Leaders must return to the site and purchase tickets as normal when you are ready to do so.
Please note: Reservations are only valid if tickets are available at the time of reservation. If tickets are SOLD OUT, show LIMITED AVAILABILITY or say ‘contact us’ at the time this reservation is made, tickets will not be guaranteed, and instead, you will be added to a waiting list, and contacted should tickets become available.
Reservations are only available to choirs and not for those purchasing General Admission tickets
