UK Choir Festival (or “UKCF”) and RED are provided by Russell Scott Entertainment Limited (known as “We” or “Us”).

The workshop leader (known as “You”).

The choir (known as “Choir” or “Booker”)

Enrolment

This service does not guarantee bookings of workshops.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Choir Leaders (on behalf of their choirs) who have subscribed to RED will complete a request form, selecting their preferred workshop leader and date(s), along with technical requirement.
  2. We contact you to check for availability and agreement, and for a fee quotation (we ask you to give a preferred rate to your normal rates – this is decided by you).
  3. We contact the choir for agreement to proceed.
  4. We confirm everything with both parties.
  5. We deal with any travel or accommodation requirement.  This is added to the invoice.
  6. You deliver the workshop.
  7. We collect payment.
  8. You are paid within 7 days of receipt, less our management charges*

*We deduct a 15% management charge for this service.

VAT will be applied to all charges made.

No party is obligated to accept any enquiry or booking.  Final agreements must be agreed by all parties and at such a stage will be classed as ‘confirmed’.

In the event you are unable to deliver a confirmed workshop, we will endeavour to assist in rescheduling the booking.

The choir is not obligated to accept the quotation.

Cancellation

In the event you are unable to deliver a confirmed workshop, we will endeavour to assist in rescheduling the booking for you.

If the workshop cannot be rebooked, no payment will be made to you nor will any losses in respect of travel or accommodation be recompensed.

If the choir cancels the booking, you will be recompensed for any losses in line with the terms of booking (Cancellation within 4 weeks of delivery 50% of the workshop fee will be charged, within 2 weeks, full workshop fee will be charged. For any cancellations, any travel or accommodation costs incurred by us or the WL prior to delivery will be charged.)

Cancellation of Enrolment

Should you decide at any time you no longer wish to be enrolled, you must provide such notice in writing.

Any workshops you have been booked for via the service will continue to be managed by us under the terms of this agreement.

Restrictions

We politely ask that professionalism and ethics are maintained and that any further workshop requests made to you directly by a RED member to which you have previously undertaken workshops under management by us, will be referred back to us for management.

We have the right to terminate enrolment on any grounds of misconduct, a breach in terms or poor delivery.

General

Neither party have the right to claim association or representation by the other.  We are providing a booking and management service.

Neither party is responsible for the other’s adherence to policy, safety, insurance or legal requirement.

In the event of difficulties or logistical matters, we will endeavour to assist without obligation.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
